Kindly follow these steps to add 2FA to your account:
On your EagleFX profile, go to the "Account Information" tab.
Click the Enable button under the Two Factor Authentication section.
To find the requested code, download and open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and tap Begin
Setup. Once you've used your phone to scan the barcode displayed in your browser, click Next. You will
then be prompted to enter the authentication code that will appear on your phone.
How do I reset my EagleFX Account Password?
To reset your password, click on the “Forget Password” option on the login screen. You will then be
redirected to another page where you will be able to change your password and log back into your account.

How long does it take for a deposit to reach my account?
If funds are sent from your Bitcoin wallet, they will be credited once they reach 6 confirmations. This
process can take up to 6 hours and depends on the blockchain network. Once the funds are received, they are
instantly and automatically credited to your vault.

I have sent funds. Why are they not in my MT4 account?
When you deposit funds successfully, they will appear in your vault. To be able to trade with these funds,
you will need to conduct an internal transfer from your vault to your trading account. Once this step is
completed they will be linked to your MT4 account under the same ID as your trading account.
You may do this using either of these two methods:
1Click on the From Account and To Account
boxes below on the left hand panel to select which accounts you would like to transfer to and from.
2Click on Internal Transfer on the left
panel and simply select where you want to move your funds to and from and click the Transfer
If you have internally transferred the funds and they are not appearing in your trading account, please log
out and back in to allow the MT4 platform to update.
What are my depositing options?
We currently offer multiple deposit methods including Bitcoin and Wire Transfer via Instacoins.

How do I open an EagleFX demo account?
